Vetsutures BIOSHORT is an absorbable synthetic monofilament made from a glycolide/ε-caprolactone copolymer (PGA-PCL). It is the go-to choice when you want a short-term absorbable suture that handles beautifully — its low thread memory means it lies flat and ties down easily, while the smooth monofilament surface passes atraumatically through tissue.
